Giuseppe Leone is an award-winning property investor, portfolio HMO landlord and Rent-to-Rent mentor based in Bristol. He worked for the Shell oil company for 19 years in finance before deciding to explore his passion for property and fulfil his desire to spend more quality time with his wife Gilly and their young sons.
Within three years of building a large Rent-to-Rent portfolio, Giuseppe had successfully replaced the corporate salaries of both him and his wife. His business also helped him invest in his own portfolio of HMOs and he achieved financial independence just five years later. In 2015 Giuseppe was proud to win the prestigious Property Investor Award, and nowadays he loves sharing his Rent-to-Rent knowledge with others through his fast-track mentoring programmes.

Wendy Brumwell
Property developer, coach and mentor who loves transforming unloved buildings and land into homes for people to enjoy. My focus is commercial conversions, planning gain, and self-build developments. As a property coach, mentor and trainer, I’m passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom through property.
Paul Duval
Bristol property investor specialising in Serviced Apartment set-up and management services alongside my son, Matt. In addition to our growing Serviced Accommodation Management portfolio of 35 flats and houses, we are busy with Buy, Refurbish and Refinance projects under Cliftonvalley Property to grow our own rental property portfolio of BTLs, HMOs and SAs.
As well as setting-up and managing serviced apartments and holiday lets hands-free for other landlords and investors, I also I provide training and consultancy on SA, SA systems integration and one to one mentorship.
